Oscar is a seasoned investment professional and entrepreneur with a long-standing track record of over 25+ years in institutional investment management across Europe. He co-founded XS Investments (2006), a boutique regulated placement agent for private market fund managers, and Twelve Capital (2010), a specialized Swiss based insurance investment manager.
Under his leadership, Oscar has successfully developed and scaled institutional businesses and has been instrumental in fundraising and business development for leading investment managers, including GQG Partners, TrueBridge Capital, Forbion Capital Partners, Macquarie, Rothschild, and SVG Capital. His private market expertise spans alternative investment strategies, including venture capital, private equity, and impact investing.
Oscar currently serves as Senior Advisor, Institutional Business at Stableton in Zurich. His role focuses on driving institutional business growth and onboarding leading institutional investors and strategic partnerships through a hands-on approach to fundraising.
Oscar holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Economics and Commercial Economics, as well as the designations of Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA). He is recognized for his analytical insight, entrepreneurial mindset, and integrity, and is valued as an authentic leader and collaborator.
